Bengkel MC 2011 part 1

Hello peeps,How are u?

okay this post is a story regarding my Bengkel that I attend at Bukit Merah Laketown Resort.

It is organize by HEP to polished and upgrade the Master of ceremony (emcee) talents in USM.

The program Called: Bengkel Pengacaraan dan Protokol (How to be an excellent master of ceremony)

To begin with,I am actually very pleased and excited to join this event because I love becoming MC ,and I do want to grasp as many knowledge on how to be better MC , formal or informal.

so 8 of us ,10 including Kak Tina and Abg Driver start our journey approximately 8.30am.

It was a loooong ride........my ass is cramp,stiff and I think it may have blister already.seriously,the journey from Kubang Kerian to Bukit merah is ENDLESS!!! arghhh

arrive at a Resting Site at Bukit Gampang.There were lots  fruits here,very nice!!

GPS used by Abg Driver,I want one to for my car too.I try to google it but nahhh nothing similar came out.I even forgot its brand.

I walk around at Resting site at Bukit Gampang and found this fountain.p/s: their surau is really nice...

the lady told me this is some sort of PLUM or some weird name !!! and I taste it ,hmm confirm MANGGO!!! it was yummy!

So,after battling with my Gluteus maximus (ass muscle) we arrive at Bukit Merah!!

Dinner!!! ehh mesti u guys fikir ehh kenapa baru sampai terus  dinner?? actually kami got Ice breaking beside the pool that afternoon,with rain and stuff.and we need to do a cheers.Do u want to hear our cheers? ................it goes like this: Ohhh aaaa,ooooo aaaa,cicicicicici,KELAS KAU JAH!!!!

 Idk why Kelas Kau Jah @ Bahasa ala-ala maknyah been so popular this days,I rarely hear it around me,but the other students from other campus are so IN to it even the macho boys and girls.

my point is , what is wrong with u?!!!! even though it is her right to dress like that,I reckon that everyone around her feels that she is disturbing!!!

WHY?

because.....

1. "OMG,her breast is BIG!!!!"
2. "Omaigod,did she glued her dress onto her breast?tell me about desperate!!"
3. "How many make up did she wear to cover her chest?"
4. "omaigod,her nipple will slip any time!!"

I want to highlight point 7th. As a women and a Lady,don't u feel that it is against women right?This kind of dress is what MEN want women to wear,to satisfy Himself. 

Don't get me wrong,I love fashion but as Human Being knowing that cloth is to cover our body and make us feel good plus increase our confidence !! But sorry to say,I can't see any of that point in that gown.

Tips For Amatuer Marathon Runner

This is what I had used and it works!

Pre Marathon

• Do train religiously,but do not strain urself too much,for me frequency of training in a week is more important than the distance u run
• having injury is common,the commonest is knee injury.So please search for the solution on how to reduce those injuries .For example,using knee support
• Please invest in a good pair of running shoes,
• buy things that are necessary,It depends on runners,I do buy towel and Vaseline
• before any run,make sure u put Vaseline on areas that have contact with friction the most to prevent trauma to the skin.For example,nipple,toes,ankle

Marathon

• Do warm up,but do not over stretch ur self
• U can take drugs before u run,like analgesic one hour before run
• Do run on ur own pace that u are used to
• challenge ur self "sky is the limit"
• Breathing technique is important,inhale with ur nose,exhale with ur mouth
• having Music along the way u run Does help a lot

Post Marathon

• Do not directly sit after a long run,walk or stand is the best way to cool down
• take a deep breath

well I just want to share my story regarding my conservative class this morning.

basically today we need to do "Class 2" amalgam restoration on primary teeth.So we need to do cavity preparation like above picture.

Before that let's do some Dental class
for amalgam restoration in primary. the ideal depth of cavity is 1.5mm,if not the pulp which have nerve supply will be exposed and makes patient feel sensitive/pain.
if the pulp is exposed we need to put "liner" to protect the pulp.so that the pulp is not been traumatize.

what is pulp horn?

pulp horn is an elongation of the pulp of the tooth that extends toward the cusp.

 

so , easy to say Pulp horn is actually the tips of the pulp/the highest point of pulp nearing the occlusal surface.:D

okay,back to my story telling.
please take note that for this cons class,u are given 2 hour to finish two "class 2" amalgam restoration.Means,U have limited Time to be used wisely,and trust me it was hectic!
So I already done with my cavity preparation ,so I asked Dr to check.

me:Dr, please check for my cavity prep on 85
Dr:*sit,take mirror and probe,and she start examine my work
me:***bismillah,bismillah,oklah,oklah!!!(in my mind)

becoz I knew I do slightly deep which is 1.8mm deep at central part.hope she did not realize it!*

Dr:Afif,the occlusal surface at the center is quite deep,what do you think you need to do?
me:*being protective I said* i do not think we need to do anything Dr,just do normal amalgam filling beeeecaussseeeee the part that slightly deep is far away from the "pulp horn."

(I add "because"!!!!!! and add my reasons just to avoid lining!! #lazyDrtobe)

Dr:how many pulp horn do this teeth have?

me:eeerrrrrmmmmmm,2......(**thank you afif for the PULP HORN question*!!! I hentam at first coz I don't know)

Dr:For this tooth~~molar!!~~

me:*remembered that 85 have 3 roots so I said* owh 3 Dr!

Dr:where are they located?

me:here,here,here /sini.sini.sini *with my index finger pointing*

Dr:where is here?

me:owh distobuccal,mesiobuccal and palatal #nervous

moral of the story:If Dr ask u a question,be humble yet smart is the best policy!!!

Tips For Artsy Acrylic Painting for beginners

1. Prepare your canvas ,make it as smooth as u can
2. outline ur drawing using non-sharp pencil or using water color
3. start with background or lighter shade colour as u will realize it is easier to "redo" the mistakes that u had done
4. use brushes that is suitable for shape and technique that u wanna do.eg:if u want to do a petal of flower, u can use a tear-drop shape brush .
5. make sure u have extra paper or news paper for colour experiment to see whether the colour that u want can be achieve
6. having more than one water bucket for brushes is suggested
   
7. prepare lots of tissues in case of emergency.
8. don't be too detail...this is a painting not an architectural design .Ur ways of interpreting what u see and feel through painting is more important.
   
9. ENJOY and be patient....art needs time :D
   

Dream

I dreamed I am at home with my family,the only things that I remember clearly is my sister ask me to drink sake(out of all drinks in the world kan?).

I tell her she can ,if halal....(hahhah,sake halal)

then she drank lah kan.....I said drink lah only one cup(?) but I am pretty sure that she take a few cups of sake...-.-


then,suddenly all family member gather for dinner....during that time I say to my sister:

"kau mesti berus gigi,kau tau banyak stage gigi cantik ke buruk aku tengok...kau punya paling JIJIK!!!"

"brush your teeth,you know out all of things I see,yours the queen of horrendous"

Then, she ran to bathroom and I am like wtf?

but she forgot her towel and come back to take it ,but now she have tears in her eyes !!!hahah she cried!!

my father ask me why she cried
I said

"abang cakap gigi dia jijik....dia emosi lebih kali sebab minum sake banyak tadi"-.-

"I said her teeth were gross,but I think she take it too emotionally due to sake just now"

I wake up and realize its already 8am and I was cursing to myself and mad about myself because I am not studying enough!!!! urgh!!!


but to think of it again,I feel so fresh and happy I can meet my family in my dreams,best sangat...and it is very funny when dental stuff can invade your dreams too...hhahaha

Shopping Goodies

hello peeps,,,

I went out and enjoy a bit today....did some shopping and find some interesting stuff that I would like to share here....huhu

First,I would like you to meet this cute ORANGE sphere I bought..do you know what it is?
it's actually a wax....cute right?plus the Color!!! A+ for presentation.

It's said to have a memory styling molecules that are designed to get one's hair back in style whenever it gets messy...

It's perfect for me coz,as a dental student we need to wear head cap that will ruin my hair for god sake.Seriously,I look more like a bimbo than a dentist with that kind of hair.Plus.....Kelantan here is windy....thus I need to go back and forth to the bathroom or any kind of reflection I can get to "make sure" my hair is okay....not perfect ...but okay(because there must be someone that super fed up wf me ...feeling like I had a perfect hairstyle...i admit, I do n0t k...)

Brylcreem Bounz is available in three formats – Gel for a wet look and strong hold, Wax for a matt finish and strong hold (which I bought)and Gum for a matt finish and an even stronger hold.

the texture is a bit too creamy for a wax..

It is sphere shaped right?you might thing it will not hold still in one place right?..no it does!!! who actually design this is super genius....try to roll it anyway you want but still it went back to it's original shape..really resembles his names ...."bounz"...nc!!

as I am blogging now,I actually did'nt try it yet .so later I comment on that...later I update k...

next is my new Cardigan...

WAIT ! ,before that...do you realize that here in kelantan especially Kb Mall have this sort of "korean" inspired shirt all over the place???not only here but also last time when I went to Penang ,lot's of guys embrace those kind of clothing......I mean like wearing it ,going out with Gf and stuff...I mean like wow...

you knoooooow....the shirt that have an extra layer of cloth /kain that make it have this kind of wavy...ropol2 feels onto it....(ahh susahnya nak explain) jap3 cari picture at google....

tak jumpa!!!ahhh.. I try make it with mine lah...

haaaah....ok lebih kurang lah....

actually it is called korean Loose shirt...

back to my cardigan...I bought it at Jefferson,As you may know...that's the only place that I can really buy something with quality and style...here in kelantan....Their quality is Nice and their style hit the jackpot of my heart....not all like jefferson STYLE..as ppl said...beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.....kaaaannn....

owh,and there is one store called moot...same level as jefferson on 1st floor..their style are nice (asian fashion thingy....:korean,hong kong etc) but in terms of quality...not satisfied...

what I like about it(my new cardigan) ,is how simple cardigan can be ,but still feel sexy,alluring and attractive at the same time(what I feels when first trying it k...)...wooho...

PLUSS>>>>it is very student friendly and afif friendly as it is not too much fashion in it that makes it suitable to wear with anything and on any occasions like lecture,hanging out,dinner.....etc
