2nd day
I had morning shift which is from 8 am till 12.30 pm.It was okay....explaining and other stuffs.
at the afternoon I went to Queens bay Plaza by bus number 304 ,wearing full formal outfit with tie and slack and black shoes!! panas weih!!! amazingly people here in penang were not surprised with our "formal" existence.


at QB I ate like monster! first I ate Loh Mee which is like a yellowish-thick mee with oyster-flavoured sauce.NICE!!! (rm5.50) with orange juice (rm 1.80).


then we when for movie INCEPTION !!! I love this movie,it was superb!!
then I ate RAMEN curry soup with crab ball (rm 4.90):what can i say , it was awesome!!!!

at night,we go to Gurney plaza......what we do?shopping? no!! we eat again!!!
we had pasembor (rm 9.00) with milo ice (rm 1.50)......than we had char kueh teow (rm 3.00)....then we break for awhile...jalan2 at the plaza than ate another pasembor!!! (rm 10.00)!!!
hahahahha....bestnya...

currently I'm at USM main campus in penang .We had a health exhibition here as the seniors having their convocation...Today was the first day of exhi,and we will be here at Penang for 5 days!
so please come and visit us,we are at Dewan Kuliah U,USM penang.

for summary,today was okay lor....most of visitors were from sekolah menengah....and I was like
"hai adik2 selamat datang ke convex (sambil bagi pamplet) + cutest smile possible"

ohh for your info, I am incharge in ORAL MAXILLOFACIAL SURGERY STATION.We focussed on 3 main topic which is wisdom tooth,temporomandibular joint and Orthognathic surgery.And I'm very please to say that I'm good in explaining!!! hahaha afif hebat!!!

ohh and i had a kebab(rm 2.00) today and roti john(rm 2.30) for lunch it was superb!!!!! for dinner i had nasi campur (rm 2.50) and soya (rm 0.80!!!).Heaven!!!

After maghrib we go shopping !!!

Ohh I bought a new bag!!!
I cannot tahan !!! I love it !! RM 134.10 !!! T.T

The story line really caught me in the heart,making me believe that my dream to be a medical doctor is just is what I wanna be...ooohh ....(even though in the reality i am really grateful for what I had).

I really advised person above aged 18 to read it.because some of the drawings are too.........explicit(well daaaah read the summary : nudity , sex!!)

It was tiring day for me today.Even though i have lots of notes to read (2 only) i don't have the strength to even open the notes.Just imagine we had class until night!!!


10am-12pm:lecture
2pm-3pm:lecture
5-7pm:conservative class
9-10pm:briefing prosthodontics block
10-11pm:meeting for maxillofacial booth for this coming convocation
11-12am:GLEE and blogging(LOL)

huaaa...soo tired..owh the most interesting things happen today is that i bought an ORANGE STETHOSCOPE!!!!! I was jumping with excitement as I saw that over bright orange object.hahah.it cost me RM 220.00 or maybe around 61.10 US dollar.

I also bought this cutie medical handbook that seniors recommended.my handbook...its big as you palm.so this soo cutie one..love this book soo much

can you see the price?its actually RM89.90 but i get it for RM58...okay right?

As the wind from the fan force fully blowing my short hair without any effect .i really felt that i am at the warmest place on earth.(lalalalalaaaaaaalaalalalllllllaaaaaaaaa....."effect of watching glee i guess)
today was hectic for me even though i done nothing much except i attend lectures,eat with friends(a hobby of mine).It was interesting to be part of medic student again after one month ONLY studying dental syllabus.
oh do you know that i just met one of my dental junior?(why on earth do you know right? wtf*quote from xia xue*)
It was hilarious(for me) as I am trying my hardest not to spoiled my juniors mood of becoming the next APEX batch with my thick ,hard to digest accent.Hmm,I prefer talk in English.

"I look stupid when I speak in Malay" should be converted to "I sound super weird when i talk in Malay with people from peninsular especially kelantanese.....

huh.....

what a day....I like controlling my mouth so hard till it make my butt cramp.lol
i do not know about you but I am really adjusting my tough really hard when I speak Malay here in peninsular.Don't get me wrong,I am proud to be sabahan and i love how i sound.but sometimes it really vital to make sure what you are talking can be interpreted by the others.....

this week was the most tiring week ever.Lot's of demo and lectures.~.~.Here are some of pics that I took.Last week we study on dental materials and Conservative dentistry.This week conservative and dental public health.What I really shocked in dental public lecture is that we need to memorize toothbrush anatomy,its diameter,materials of toothpaste ,different type of floss..

ooo better I summarize what I studied this week:

in dental materials we study a lot on materials used in dentistry,like amalgam ,composite resin.It is interesting because we know what actually used to cover the cavities(hole in our teeth due to carries).nevertheless,we also study other materials not only for conservative but also materials for dentures etc.

On the other hand,in conservative we study on disease related to dentistry(major one) like carries,gingivitis etc.we study how hole form on our teeth.It's bacteria that cause carries to occur.How to diagnose carries patient.How to manage patient ..We also learn on the devices used for dentist like carver,hand piece,rubber dam and there was one lecture regarding anatomy of tooth(which we already studied last year..but I forgot already..thank you Dr Erlina)haha..^^

In addition,in public health we study how to prevent carries and how to educate public on the importance of oral hygiene.A boring block but a critical knowledge for future dentist.Owh yah we also study various tools for oral hygiene..here are the pictures

hi , long time no see..well currently I am back in kelantan as SECOND year dental student in USM health campus!!!
hehe..today was a great day for me...the lecture about dental restoration and material really hook me out,but sometimes it make me lost in the darkness of "not focusing'!! :D
and well today we have class on dental instruments ,ala like those you see on dental clinic,one instrument that really make me excited is the mirror!!!!you know the mirror right,the one dentist use to look inside your mouth....haha..I am super excited...but the excited falls like a star falling due to gravity when we need to recognise the instruments...my head was spinning at that time,plus the nurse babbling so fast!!!! ~.~
at the end we did get through of it and we did excellently ...thanks to everyone that really work together...here are some of the things we do at that class:

• coming late due to slow walk at the pavement(wearing white coat=that explain why..ok fine!!!! show off!!!)
• fuhh matron(head of nurse) has not yet arrived...fuhh!!! :D
• we are assign at our own specific table to do our own dental thingy later on...it include table,chair,light,dummies(to practice on),drawer(???well it is not ordinary drawer!!it special),teeth(wajib),.....etc....its hard to explain everything ..later I upload pic...
• demos on how using those super damn expensive set of tools to learn dentistry 0.0
• memorizing (this was easy......emm yala tuh)
• done ...now walk back to room with white coat still on and move like a doctor(wakakaka....again show off even though there is no other people there except me...)

there it is,,,,need to study guys...happy 2 always...xoxoxo

Siapa cakap Botak tak comel?

Guys,I'm bald again !! yay si Botak kembali mengganas....haha....well,to tell you the truth,I'm kinda sad looking my hair fallen to the floor....huaaaa...but I am glad I done my hair in that(if I tell you , you will not even know it,kampung punya saloon= RM7.00) saloon....really nice...

My hair even have that line macam pilak tuh...hoho..yup I am one of the pilak already....so call me afif botak pilaks....wah...haha..you will never imagine how long they do the line on my hair(lama gilak!) even their boss came and do my hair instead of that dark barber...

later I will load the picture yah...my computer back here at home is very tua...so malas mau cucuk2 pendrive nanti jammed .....k lah...one thing for sure I like my hair soo much,and i look good with it(I hope)

Home Sweet home

Assalamualaikum

this is my first post since I been back here in Sabah.It felt so good to be back here in Sabah.There not so many changes happen here .Oh we have another cat in the house!! it's called Puteh (what a typical name for white coloured cat,right?)

Oh I forgot to mention that when I arrived at the KKIA my parents didn't recognise me!they thought I am someone else...OK fine....their excuse are because of my Korean hair like...hmmm....:D

Yesterday, we had a Health Family Day where most(not all) Papar Hospital Staff join the program with their family.My mum were one of the committee for that day and we had a stall where we sells drinks,kueh mueh,nasi lemak and some of my mums health products (untuk promosi kunun).This event really made my day (sebab ndak lah bosan di rumah jak kan).haha.

Plus,some of the people recognise me and says

"wah,ada sudah Doktor dalam family"

"wah besarnya anak kau mah"(T.T)

"wah nanti kalau ada anak saya sakit gigi sa pg tempat kau ahh":D

I am so glad I am a DENTAL STUDENT cause I think I choose the road that is not taken by many people and I think I already choose the right decision to stay as a dental student.Not all willing to be a dentist right?handling mouth everyday will be boring for some.As for myself I think I will be bored if I just studied Dental syllabus only,thank God that in USM we also studied Medic as well.That enriched my life with soo many medical knowledge.

Owh I forgot to mention here in my blog that I pass my Medic PRO 1 exams.That's mean I did not need to repeat another year and study all the first year syllabus all over again!!!and I will be 2nd year next sem.!!!! yay...clap clap!!! there were 36 medic student failed and 4 dental student that fails the exams..so sad right?hmm what to do,life goes on right?

Here I would like to thank Allah for answering my prayer,mom(happy mothers day) , dad, siblings,babu,buncu,friends that always be there for me....thank you all.....I will never did well if not from all your support that makes me strong every day...

I would really love to be an good role model to my junior....I met one of junior at KLIA...he's like taller than me(sigh)...and darker (yay)..haha....he just finish SPM so now he's going to KMPP(kolej matrikulasi pulau pinang)....I know most of MRSM student target ting to be an "oversea" student that is what our school good at...and the reality is even though all the student were excellent there will be still quota or percentage of student that can be sent to oversea....right?therefore the students that are not able to go there(oversea)..no need to be worry lah...there still lots of ways to study abroad...not only JPA or MARA..there is still MUIS,SHELL.......and plus,University in Malaysia in not bad at all.....you still can be OKAY if you go to matriculation or college or form 6.....

there is still hopes for you anyhow...just wait...maybe it is not your rezeki yet....just be strong and study hard k...and always remember HIM,the almighty.....

Since my exam is done ,It's the time for me to pack my things as I am foing back to SABAH!!!!yay,isn't it nice?hoho...i know,I am excited!!!

Today , I buy quite highly cost things in Pasar siti Khadijah (that is very famous).I bought serunding , dodol , keropok for my family and jeans,petai for my self.
Oh,I saw there were seller that still selling turtle egg (telur penyu)....I am so devastated seeing people pass by and just buying it like it is no one business .Hello!! that is turtle lah not chicken....and why Muslim can eat it since it is one of the 2 alam animals??(if like that,better eat snake or frog eggs) right?maybe they have their own reasons why they are selling those eggs...it all back to us consumer.If there are demands from the consumers ,for sure people are selling it right,So please be a good consumer/customer.There is no need to publish campaign of rebelling or stopping THIS practice if our eyes are darken by the yolk of the turtle egg.

By the way,I just done arranging my notes as it when chaoticly misplace everywhere in my room.Plus,I snaps some pictures for my post about my exam as dental student.I am sure you will be amazed or at least show some respect to doctors out there that survive those hard days of studying to become a doctor.RESPECT them!!! wait for that entry okay??!!!:D

Yup,my medic 1st year exam just finished!!!whew.....it was 5 days of hell and full of stress.I was so happy it was finished already but need to bare in mind that the result aren't coming out yet...

the result will be out on this coming 6Th of may 2010.Since,I was busy having exam , my time for blogging are restricted.Lot's of things I want to write but do not have the time to write any.For example,

I want to talk about our exam,the specific exam that we had each day for 5 days straight.

Second : The SEVEN things about USM hostel (place I currently studying), so that people out there can compare ours with your hostel that you are so proud off.

My Promise

My exam is near , my hand are shaking,plus my brain and body are tired of thinking how am I gonna study all the notes..hmm...

this is called "hidup mati" business..if I pass my Pro 1 exam I will do nazar that I had planned...
my nazar is just if I pass and proceed to 2nd year.I will bald again and cut off all my Korean-like hair(that's what people says to me) and I will be fasting for a week:the date of fasting is flexible,it just have to be 7 days of fasting.....
